Cope Self-Improvement is a lie

For the past two years I did nothing but focus on self improving. Gym, shower and brush twice a day and everything they’ll tell you to do. And I got nowhere. Hell I even tried getting religious and my life was still shit, felt like a schizo talking to some imaginary figure.

Women still laugh at me, people don’t talk to me and just give me weird looks. I’m treated the exact same way I was 2 years ago. No amount of self-improvement will make foids and normies less cruel
