I just started again. I find it nice to punch myself hard in the chest. It's good for simulating if i ever got into a fight. I also hate myself and want to die. This is very mentally ill thing to do obviously, but fuck it. I've also thought about using a dumbell to crush my rib cage into my heart and lungs. I may try out a hammer to the skull before that though
