It's of fundamental importance to our cause to address the nature of public segregationist policies. I propose that each regional district should be partitioned on the basis of attractiveness. A district is comprised of two federal provinces or states that are granted with two legislators per district. Each legislator per district is vested with two representatives from each district. The two representatives secure the legislators' institutional power, placing vetos on laws that defy the principles of the state. Regional districts distinguish between attractive provinces/states through demographic analysis. Census data is drawn from numerous public records committees, which schedule proceedings for each individual and their level of overall attractiveness based on proposed scientific scales of attractiveness measurement. State legislation under the constitution, address the Incel problem by introducing state enforced relationships. These instituted programs will serve as fundamental to the humanitarian rights of those regional districts that harbor less attractive males. This proposed legislation, will not apply to districts that demographically consist of over 88% attractive males. Females, in this case, will not apply under segregationist laws. Their demographics will remain in their respective districts regardless of attractiveness.
