It makes me feel like a complete fucking retard seeing old posts that I cannot edit have spelling/grammar mistakes in them. They happen all the time and I'm starting to think that it's some undiagnosed disorder that's responsible for me having some many mistakes.

I'm sure i make grammar mistakes all the time but at least I have the excuse of being ESL :feelscomfy:

English is my first language and I make these mistakes all the time, It's embarrassing.

So i'm not the only victim of this.

I too have the excuse of being ESL though. (definetly not lying)

You should use "having" instead of "have" because the word "having" forms a participial phrase that describes the posts' condition, while the word "have" would incorrectly begin a new verb clause that does not fit the sentence structure.

I'm doing this constantly, both in English and my native, but i don't care - since it's because i'm thinking and writing faster, than my internal grammar checker works.
The most important thing - i've maintaining logic of my writing.

Come to my recent thread about English grammar, we have some problems because there are some terms in English that are missing.

I am also going to make a thread about my problems with fruit trees in English.

Are you also a linguistcel? I am. DarkStar also is, come join the threads :feelsokman:

Your writing may be logical, but the grammar is poor enough that the logic becomes hard to follow.

I know I have been a harsh critic of the English language, but do not worry :feelsokman:

I intend to make a thread where I praise English instead :feelsokman:

There are some big problems with Romanian, too :feelsokman:

When it comes to animal names, English is godtier. But it is not ideal when it comes to tree names :feelsUgh:

@NEB.feelsdevil :reeeeee::reeeeee::reeeeee:
I am going to elaborate in the dedicated thread I will make.

But here is an example if you want: the basswood tree.

The name already has ''wood'' in it. And if you want to say basswood timber, you will have to say basswood wood, which does not sound ideal :feelsUgh:

In Romanian, basswood is ''tei'' :feelsokman:

Basswood wood is ''lemn de tei'' :feelsokman:

It makes perfect sense in Romanian :feelsokman:

I also hate finding overlooked grammatical errors in my old writings.

I don't mean grammar nerd shit like that, I'm typing as if I'm speaking the problem is sometimes I just straight up forget to type an entire word or type a completely different word for absolutely no reason.
