That's not true. Filipinos are known for their English speaking abilities. a bit like the pajeets, they add in random English sentences that make perfect grammar sense, then proceeds to return to Filipino.

You don't hear much about SEAcels because most of them are literally too low IQ and delusional to ever be blackpilled. I don't know if you have ever been to SEA but most people there are below average looking, and almost all of the men are VERY short by Western standards as well.
