SuicideFuel Scratching my head too hard

Call me a schizo but it's a little cope of mine, I scratch my head out of boredom or I when I'm stressed out, but my scalp starts to hurt a bit specially when i showermaxx. I think I have dandruff too, I like seeing the flakes falling from my head
Am I at high risk of hair loss for doing this?
