Well, since 2022 but I only recently found out about it. Also, it's just for the Sites and Areas mentioned in at least five articles or added to the official dossier, but still, nice.
There's two of them, one for the main, English-speaking site:
And one with international branches added in:
And it's interesting how the first one shows how heavily North American that site is, and how much space the second one fills up. That is even something that had started to be acknowledged in-universe, with Watsonian explanations for why the Foundation barely operates outside of North America and Europe. Which is honestly a bit weird, sure, there's no canon in the Foundationverse, this is just something that seems to have been acknowledged more and more over time, but it means that just as the scaling there had been getting ridiculous with muh metafictional bullshit in every other article, at the same time the Foundation had generally been getting weaker and weaker in-universe.
In the earliest articles when they just kept horror monsters locked up, the Foundation was an implicitly global entity that had the cooperation of just about every government in the world, while in some of the new ones, with like every other article being about some epic reality warping threat about to end the world any day now, you'll find the Foundation bemoaning muh colonialism and how they must show the rest of the world that they aren't le evil racists or something. Just a weird change I've noticed
