Lmao. I remember reading comments of SCP wiki mods in high school specifically talking about how self-inserts and reality warpers should not be written and how much the self-insert era sucked, and now there's an SCP which is literally about omnipotent, reality warping, literal author self-inserts having fanfiction sex with the characters.

The best part? The only reason I've noticed this article is because it's the featured SCP article of the month. Not even ten years later and their 180 degree turn is complete. Wonder how the old moderators and senior staff feel about this.

I never really liked SCP stuff. I preferred the backrooms wiki when it came online. Unfortunately, it’s very chaotic and has many spin-offs, which makes the lore confusing.

Just discovered that SCP thanks to this comment and now I wish so as well. Would be funny if someone wrote a serious story about a major containment breach, dozens dying everywhere, named character being injured and hunted with seemingly only minimal chances of escaping... and then there would be just some random human SCP who uses the occasion to sneak into Site-17's canteen and spends the entire containment breach just eating 458's pizzas.
