Anyone here ever developed schizo like symptoms like delusions and paranoia because of loneliness? I literally remember having delusions even when I was at 13 because I was depressed I had no friends

i got cause genes/trauma

Early onset schizophrenia is uncommon but I'd imagine it's more prevalent in people who are already mentally ill and thus more predisposed to developing further forms of mental disorders, like incels.

I have delusions of grandeur and I'm paranoid of being attacked whenever I go out in public.

I’m never delusional but I probably was paranoid from my first cry, honestly

Schizophrenia I don't know, but I do feel disconnected from my own body kinda and while I "know" I'm me it doesn't "feel" like I'm me, if that makes sense. So I can never truly be present and experience the world first-hand. There's always some kind of delay. It's sligtht-ish, but enough to be noticeable and to make a difference.

you have dpdr

" Depersonalization is described as feeling disconnected or detached from one's self. Individuals may report feeling as if they are an outside observer of their own thoughts or body, and often report feeling a loss of control over their thoughts or actions.[5] Derealization is described as detachment from one's surroundings. Individuals experiencing derealization may report perceiving the world around them as foggy, dreamlike, surreal, and/or visually distorted"

Yeah it makes sense. Sucks, lol. I've been like that for all of my life from what I remember... I don't know if it's even worth seeing a shrink at this point.
