that is just something i do for everything, where is i most likely to be attacked, what time, who is the attacker, where is the escape plan, how could i defend/retaliate, etc. if i enter a room im planning out all possible escape routes or how to suffer the least. i refrain for think to much on the attack itself more on how to prevent it the best way possible, so i dont get to paranoid of what fate i will sufferi see
