telling Russian families to have at least eight children. Problem would be solved within 6 months just by decreasing
male beauty standards and coming up with a national dating app run by the government and not these money hungry

They don't need to control minds via 5G, all they need to do is stop men being able to gain social
status in their society, and then the women only go with a small portion. If Russia wants to increase
their population all they need to do is decrease male beauty standards and it will be booming within
a couple years.
