I'm skeptical, but we'll see. Most of it will probably be for domestic use when the US invades Iran, and ME oil supplies are put in jeopardy. Will US corporations be willing to lose profits by selling oil ultra-cheap to undercut Russia? Probably not. I don't think the Trump admin has the political capital to strong-arm the oil barons like that.
