Yeah could be some sort of punishment. I dont even see the effectiveness of strapping an anti tank mine to someone. Like how do you even expect this to work? Get shot at and take the enemies with you? This would need to happen at extremely close range like im talking about 10 feet or something which is bullshit because coming that close to the enemy is literally impossible without getting flagged down on the way. Most engagements happen like at 500 feet.
My guess its just Ukraine making some shit up.
