That's the point. Capitalism doesn't give a fuck about values, about culture, about anything but making profit. They will set people on fire if it makes them money.
Capitalism is about property rights and free voluntary exchange. Setting someone on fire against their wishes is a direct violation of their property rights (their right to their body). That's far more akin to socialism, the government or "community" arbitrarly taking my property without consent.
The point is that corporations and the rich go along with woke government policies. Corporations and the rich are why these policies exist.
No they are not. They are forced to go along with it. They are victims of the left like anyone. Just like how Weinstein was a victim of MeToo, many wealthy people are victims of forced diversity and DEI.
They fund governments, they lobby politicians, they pump billions into advertising and shaping the minds of the electorate.
And yet they fail to get what they want because the majority of voters are left wing and vote for left wing economic policies such as corporate taxes, social security, medicare, medicaid, SNAP, handouts, gibs, rent controls, mental health facilities, government funded hospitals, etc.
Capitalism fucking loves feminism, because it doubled the labour supply and the consumer base. They fucking love mass immigration because it increases the labour supply and consumer base. They fucking love globalisation because they can offshore production and taxes.
Other than feminism (for social reasons not economic), those are all good things. Everybody should love those things because they make everybody richer. We all benefit from higher productivity.
And they love a political system built around identity politics because it means the political system is not built around class politics, and people agitating to take their money and power away.
Pretending that capitalism, and corporations, are not responsible for any of this is retarded.
You have no idea why corporations have shifted left other than through conjecture. Corporations didn't support any of this prior to the Civil Rights era when the Federal Government started forcing every company to adhere to a woke standard and fill their departments with civil rights experts, and where even the appearance of racism and sexism increased the risk of lawsuits and DOJ investigations.
For example, Trump was investigated by the DOJ for racial housing policies in 1973... it would make sense for the Trump Administration to go WOKE at the time to use as evidence in future court cases that they aren't racist. Any evidence that the corporation is racist or opposes civil rights is only further litigation risk.
No, it isn't lol. Competing for jobs with half the third world is not good at all. It's only good for the rich.
This is stupid.
This is incredibly economically ignorant. Would you be better off stranded on an island with just yourself or with five others who cooperate with you? What about with 10, or 100, or 10,000 (assuming the island was big enough to fit you guys). It's obvious that living in a bigger society with more people is good for you because humans can specialize in what we're good at and increase average productivity. The more people, the more division of labor, the more compartmentalization, and the higher the per capita productivity. It's only because we live in a large population that we even have giant supply lines that can supply an abundance of diversified food, electronics, furniture, and services to billions.
The top 5% of OF whores make at least $8k per month. The top 10-20% make good money. Most fail but a good % make very good money. I know girls who have. I know a whore, who I chadfished, go from making nothing to making $40k per month almost instantly. So, yes, average girls can absolutely be successful on OF, and are. 5% of musicians, actors, Youtubers etc are not making 6 figure incomes. Not even the top 0.5% are.
This is retarded Yank capitalist ideology. Increased productivity benefits only the rich few, unless compensation also increases alongside productivity. ie wages. And that hasn't happened for 45 years. The opposite has happened.
Compensation has absolutely increased along with productivity in regards to every unregulated and capitalist industry (electronics, furniture, gasoline efficiency, electricity, consumer staples, food), in fact wages have skyrocketed along with productivity in terms of your ability to purchase these items.
Wages have only stagnated relative to productivity in relation to housing, education, and healthcare, and that's because those three sectors have not increased in productivity, they've significantly decreased per capita thanks to regulation and red tape. Rent-Control and NIMBYISM has blocked needed housing units, creating an artificial scarcity. It's not the billionaires who are preventing your wage from keeping up with housing, it's the shortage caused by bad economic polices. Healthcare is also regulated to hell, we graduate slightly more doctors as we did in the 1980s because the AMA refuses to open more spots, yet the population has more than doubled. That's not capitalisms fault, that's regulation, it's government.
