Ricecels how bad is dating in Japan and South Korea compared to the west?

I know that inceldom and dating is bad in the west but I hear that its worse in Japan and South Korea with the lowest birth rates. Do men get called creepy? Or falsely accused? Is it worse than the west? I know the fertility rates are very low but Im curious on how bad it actually is?

they're western influenced so probably bad because of that. the positive is that they're both homogenous societies
