Retarded levels of acne scarring

I have really good beard genetics, but I'll never be able to grow one because of scarring. I don't give a fuck about growing a beard because it wouldn't improve my appearance, but the scars are hideous. I'm hoping to get treatment for it but won't be able to for a while. Have any of you gotten treatment for them? Mine are mostly white bumps, not indentations.

I’ve heard microneedling helps with acne scars but ask your dermatologist.

I have the indentations. I tried some other shit but it didn't work and then when I discovered about roacutan I already had them. I never did peeling or any of that, it doesn't seem to really solve it.
