I’m aware I’m a mestizo myself. When I say Hispanic I’m primarily referring to mestizos, harnizos, indios, zambos, etc. Aka the brown Hispanics.
Nobody refers to blacks or East Asians as ethnic
Caucasoid skull shape is cope. North African, Arabs are ethnic and even Persians despite being Indo European. Persians being Indo European doesnt even matter since they’ve mixed in with plenty of other groups.

Ehhh they are technically white but southern Italians do look ethnic and Greeks have really ethnic noses. This is really due to the higher EEF admixtures seen in these groups.
some curries can pass for greeks or italians. Greeks and Italians were not considered white in the US initially, they added them later because they wanted to claim the roman history.
It’s only southern Italians that are genuinely swarthy and yea Greeks genuinely normally tend to be swarthy. Also what the US considers white is irrelevant I’m going by scientific and anthropological standards.

Sure but MENA, East Africans have caucasoid skull structure and some of those groups are not at all fully caucasoid. However yea race is pretty much based of skull shape
I mean if you want to get really technical every race has ethnic groups. Ethnicity is a subset or race. Even the white/European race has ethnic groups. For example, Anglo, Nordic, Celtic, Germanic, Iberian, Greek, Slavic, Italian, Frank, Balkan, etc.
