Depends on what you mean by work. Yeah, if you are at a fast food restaurant and think you are going to get promoted by packing the food quicker or cleaning up when others just stand around talking you have the IQ of a block of concrete. That's not what I'm saying, I mean you should apply yourself to avoid such a situation by any means necessary, if you can actually think and strategize at all.
The world is extremely biased against short and ugly men in this regard, which should motivate you further unless your parents are 1%ers or you can enjoy a very substantial NEET income via autism fraud or the like. There is that saying which goes something like "Work smarter, not harder" and yeah, I guess that is what I mean, but understand this: Even smart people apply themselves in order to gain a competitive advantage of any kind on the job/business market.
Ideally as a truecel you should work for and by yourself, with something that no foid is willing to do or is capable of. Exploit underexposure of certain services in a given region if possible, and use whatever tricks you can to make yourself rise above others. Since you have more free time to apply to such endeavours this should be easy, but it will suck for you, and it will be HARD because you will hate it. But if you actually want to enjoy some nice copes instead of posting here 24/7 until you rope (which gets very boring), you should do it.
Turn to a life of crime if you dare even, it won't really matter if you're ugly as long as you are willing to put yourself in risky situations. I would count that as hard work, especially if you have to untrain a ton of high inhib programming.
I am not denying any bias either of you are talking about, but don't let yourself be preemptively defeated. It serves even less purpose than shitty menial wageslaving among groups of detestable normies.
