I've been healthmaxxing for a few months now. Don't listen to anyone who says LDAR and fatmaxxing is cool. I was in such poor health I actually thought I was dying, or could literally die of a heart attack. I got like 50 pounds to lose - I'm technically obese at 30 BMI right now. I like to make fun of fat people all the time too, but I'm a hypocrite until I get back to like 25 BMI.
