For Men they chose their #1 desirable trait as.....wait for it.......being nice. This suggests a lot of things. Basically that mens' standards aren't strictly looks-based (as Hollywood and mainstream media would lead you to believe). Another thing is it suggested men don't have ANY strong preference in what they consider attractive (some men like fatties, some men like supermodels (good luck chasing .0005% of the population btw), some like tall or short, etc. Conversely, it also suggests that most men would go out with WHOMEVER agrees to go out with him....you see this most often how any guy refers to his gf/wife as "beautiful" whether she looks like Taylor Swift or Jabba the Hut.

For Women the #1 desirable trait was....well do I really need to tell ya? ...being tall. HEIGHT or being tall came up almost universally in every online query. But breaking this down, less than 20% of men in the West are 6' or taller (I'm being very generous ...more likely 15-17%). This suggests that women prefer physical over any emotional or elastic trait. Contrary to what mainstream media tells you.

Yes...there is some degree of bullshit answers given by both sides. However, if the sample size was large enough (I assume it was since was based on Tinder, Match, etc. profiles) I would think that the truth rises to the top. I'm sure many many many women said "sense of humour" but "height" beat that.

Also Iike I mentioned saying "being nice" is also a way to NOT dismiss any women who might be interested in said male profile/user. Women weren't so kind...mentioning height right out of the gate. Ever heard that phrase "men look to find ANY desirable trait in a woman for sex(nice ass, big tits, face, etc.), whereas women look to find ANY undesirable trait to NOT/dismiss having sex with them."

I've actually seen this is dating shows as well where the producers have said they need men to be over a certain height period because so many women wouldn't give them a chance without tallness. Of course the rebuttal to this might be "only certain types of women go on dating shows"....it goes on and on.
