Remember when you were a kid that feeling of naivety and the world felt wide?

Once that feeling burns out it's all over.

It all has to do with your PEAK.

When you are a kid, you're heading TOWARDS your peak, so the world seems bright.
When you've grown up, you're literally heading AWAY from that peak, and you can viscerally feel the darkness as you get further and further away from the light, i.e. your peak.

It's like you're literally just biding time, each day one inch closer to six feet under.
