In the mirror it didn't look as bad, only when I got my photo clicked I realized how fucked my jaw looks

Its very hard for me to nosebreathe because my nose has been clogged pretty much my entire life

I have difficulties in nose breathing too (quite often), but due to countable allergies, I was given treatment - regular injections for 6 years.

It's sad how recessed jaw and chin can completely destroy social lives (and therefore physical life)

Usually mouth breathing is caused by a bad nose. Addressing my nose blockages made me able to nose breathe

Bimax (genio isn't enough, you need BSSO + genio + lefort/CCW so as to prevent an underbite as your mandible will have to become really extended, which is also a sign the maxilla itself is also recessed).
