Today I did something way out of schedule

Idk why but i did, as I finished i suddenly fell a bad feeling in my stomach, it's not regular fear it's the feeling of knowing that you know you're fucked but I don't know what made this happen. I had that feeling up until Work, I was literally shaking from fear for no reason. Maybe God is warning me for something
