My dark lord wants to collapse human civilization reducing us back into natural primordial chaos so he can prey upon human beings for fun, sport, pleasure, and amusement. As a follower of my dark lord of outcasts I too shall indulge with him when this happens or occurs being rewarded for my devotion to him. The eternal clever god of chaos is the only divine figure that works for me, the only god I can pledge myself to in respect. His religion the only one worth worshipping and praising.

Well my point isn't that we are CURRENTLY Gods, but that we have GOD within us all because we are all GOD split into individual souls to experience the world for ourselves. We can become sinless or as close to it as possible, but that requires that we change our beliefs, lifestyle, etc.

It's a tough thing to come to terms too depending on the pain done to someone.

To get the good one you have to raise your vibrations and operate from higher emotions/chakras. Anger, releasing your sexual energy, bad foods, jealousy, envy, hatred are all negative emotions/ activities.
If we stay as we are now, low vibrational, negative, hate filled beings we'll end up in the bad timeline where the elites win and we will be FUCKED!!!!
If you can't currently do nofap than focus on eating a high vibrational diet, and vice versa if you struggle with eating a high vibrational diet, than do nofap, but you have to at least make sure your doing one of the other. Diet and sexual energy alone should be enough to carry someone into the good timeline but you should really strive to do both.
However to even do these things we have to evaluate our own beliefs about ourselves first. If we hold traumatic negative beliefs about ourselves, we will fail. If you can't love yourself, than you can't operate from a higher vibration because you will self sabotage yourself.
Sounds like a videogame or movie but the truth is stranger than fiction.

Omnipotence I think classically applies to being able to organize the physical effects of reality, not being able to arbitrarily decide what is or isn't moral.
You'd have to give him the ability to rewrite His own mind to do that.

If I could simplify this in GURPS terms:
god definitely has Modular Abilities which can give him Affliction (Immunity to Pain) and zap humans with it.
But this would not remove Traumatic Enchantment (T112) rules.
You can limit people's ability to experience trauma, but in doing so limit their options for using that trauma to become stronger.
For example, let's look at Vegeta and how he got Kuririn to shoot an energy blast through his gut to level up.
I could give Vegeta stronger armor so Kuririn isn't able to penetrate it and harm him. This guards Vegeta from immediate harm, but also limits his ability to ascend toward SSJ status because he can't use his reflexive adaptation to harm to increase his power level into the hundreds-of-thousands region.
There are ways other than suffering to achieve enlightenment, presumably (after all: god probably didn't suffer much, yet is presumably enlightened due to his omniscience) by other means of education.
I guess the question is what those would be though. Do you just impart the knowledge? If you just copy and paste the knowledge you create mini-knowledge clones in humans with inherent moral perfection but it'd probably be creepy-as-fuck.
Probably why a god would instate random chaos is because he wants to construct free-willed humans who get to morality on their own so they're interesting and not creepy-ass clones.
Producing free-willed beings becomes increasingly hard to more knowledge you have of what your intervention does: if you 100% know the butterfly effect of everything you do then how do you produce something unpredictable.
Ultimately you need to choose between omniscience or omnipotence as an absolute: is god capable of not paying attention to me fapping?
