I think I’m better than autistic people. Why should I mix my good non-autistic genes with an autistic foid’s? God wants autistic people and non-autistic people to be separated.

I don't think it's wrong from a moral/utilitarian standpoint as it prevents suffering by reducing the chance of birthing autistic kids.
