Relapsed into depression i think

Haven't left my room since Thursday , been ordering uber eats since then , called in sick for work for thusday and friday. Haven't showered or brushed my teeth since thursday, still in the same clothes, my room filled with fast food boxes and fags. I honestly don't want to quit this job again My life is a failure. No one i know is reaching out to me, i have no one to talk to.

I'm sorry to hear that you're going through a miserable bout of depression, new friend. I don't have anything truly motivational to help you snap out of it but as @VindalooCell said, take care of yourself physically if nothing else. Try to find a hobby or some pleasant thought and remember that you're not trash (even if you've been told that your whole life.)
