There is no reincarnation buddy.You have a consciousness because your brain is developed enough to understand external feelings from the environment.Sperm cells have no brain and no consciousness therefore they don't have what you call a soul,a concept which also doesn't exist.The soul can be interpreted as your brain's will,after your brain stops functioning there is nothing.You are a brain,not a soul.
