If you can get away with it, try to contaminate it. Nothing serious like botox because that can possibly be traced and you don't want multiple deaths to be linked to you. But if you can find a way to contaminate food with bacteria or other slow-acting chemicals, you could get away with quite a lot. Be subtle.
