Yeah Indians, nigerians, and Pakis are known to apply to every fuckin scholarship or opportunity that would get them abroad. In academia they are well known to produce shit quality research papers and cheat or fabricate every official exam score (TOEFL, GRE, etc..) to maximize their chances of leaving the country. They use scholarships as a way to try and immigrate to western countries not as a way to learn or get a degree, preventing people who are actually seeking high quality education abroad via scholarships from these opportunities.That's why they are universally hated by the rest of academics in every country. Unfortunately they get selected a lot for these opportunities because their shit skin looks really good on scholarships and programs website to show "diversity".
