It's over I'm totally mentally disturbed and I'm skinny.

i'm not fat, i'm skinny, i don't smoke, i don't drink alcohol but i have heart problems since i was born so i can't get physically fit. Mental health is fine (not planning on killing myself this year)

There is nothing that could ever make me not want to die. I look forward to nothing. I hate humanity and especially my own subhuman genetics. But I've been mentally in a far worse place. And rating my current state below 3.5 would not do that justice.
Physically I'm fine, I'm in my late 20s and I feel better and stronger than I did as a teenager.
