Rate your life as an adult versus how it was when you were a kid/teen

Back then more like 9.

I had a nice family life as a kid and now I have very little and what I do have is kind of cold and uninspiring. Hopefully I can improve it.

And sorry if this thread is a bit depressing.

Childhood wasn’t the greatest and I had some bad times but also a lot of good times. 7/10

Adulthood hasn’t been great tbh. I have more freedom to do what I want at least but I just LDAR anyway. 3/10

From 11-14 years old: 3/10, moved from old location, looks started declining, family was doing okay. Started facing rejection by women and attempted suicide twice. Had some friends. I started getting bullied around this time but I was able to defend myself since I was all around huge for my age.

From 15 on: 2/10: literally no friends, faced rejection by multiple women, gymcel coping, started being ostracized instead of bullied, family's financial status no longer has any equilibrium, missed out on virtually every high school event, grades declining like hell. Started LDARing, stopped caring about school, started playing Steam games a lot.

My childhood was not hardcore shit, it was pretty much nice in general, I'm sad for people who got horrible childhood

I give 7 for the childhood

good points :
My mom was giving me all the video game I want
She was not strict at all
Quiet and enjoyable childhood I seriously dream about it and wish I was able to return in this period of my life


bad points :
-Because even at childhood when all are supposed to be nice I was hardly able to make friends and got rejected in a lot of groups of kid (I got a lot of reals friends I have again today but it was hard to find)
-I was probably the most low IQ kid you can imagine so I was struggling with basics shit like +-/x and other stuff, the problem is the fact I never was able to play with other kids in free time because I was forced to study
-I was acting like an autistic and screaming in a completely invented language, painful memory honestly
-I was so annoying so people like kids or my own parents ignore me sometimes and just pretend to listen me
-I was never able to express myself correctly, everything I said was incomprehensible and the fact that I was never corrected on the problem makes sure that even today I have a lot of difficulty speaking or write properly, even in my native language I can pass for the 4 year old retarded who builds his vocabulary

just remembering this is an absolute pain and sadness but also joy and nostalgia, I think the thing who affect me the most was my autistic behavior
which is probably the cause of the lack of attention that I could have from my parents and the other childrens (to be ignored in 95% of cases)
I don't have a bad childhood but I consider it was not a normal one, I was to stupid for understand my IQ and my ugliness would result rejection from a lot of people


Now i'm just 19 but it have start to suck at 13 y/o honestly, if I need to rate that part of my life I would give it a 4 and only because I do not live in a country with a worse condition than I currently, I have an house, food, copes, so I can't rate it under 4 but not higher than 4 because I miss a lot of thing like social, personal and professional success, I never have do something in my life and I have no talent, I'm a complete retard and I fail all the things I start, have friends but I speak to them in rare occasions or just for playing video games sometimes, I need to see them to succeed in everything they do and to have girlfriends and an overall success of their lives while beside I remain the same waste that I have always been

I'd say my adulthood has actually been slightly better than my childhood, but not by a whole lot. In fact I would say it is the exact same rating as @Clock Tower gave:

I was a happy kid tbh, like 8/10 back then but by the age of 18 it went down to 3-4/10 with the biggest dips being the start of middle school and the start of high school.

Idk how I'd even rate my life now, it's just a blur of staring at my monitor, sleeping and going places when I need to. I guess it remained 3-4/10.
