Dumbbell bench press 3x6-8
Squat 3x8-10
Pull up 3x6
Skullcrushers 3x8-10
Incline dumbbell curl 3x12-15
Lateral raise 3x10-12
 
Mogs me for being strong enough to do pullups
 
Looks good to me but I only started gymmaxxing last week so don't take my rating to serious
 
I do a mix of band assisted & negatives because I am too fat to do 6 pullups otherwise.
Ok. I couldn't do a single pull up in 2022. I can now do 10 clean bodyweight pull ups in a row now without assistance. Took ages to work up to it

My plan is to continue until I can do 6 band assisted pull-ups then I will do normal pullups. It will take ages since I need to loose like 15 kilos.

Based. Just don't overdo it and injure yourself. I have a fucked up left hip for life because of an injury

Why should I do it last after fatigue from everything else.
Because it is hard to train literally anything after legs. If you don't like this way then split it up
