the weighted ones i loaded the bar up as heavy as i could lift

-close grip chin ups
-australian pull ups
-zercher deadlifts
-zercher shrugs
-barbell curls
- neck curls

i did 9 today but i was doing them really slow on the way down with full range of motion
if i do them fast with less-than-strict form i can do 15-20

very esoteric. why did you opt for this instead of normal exercises?
 
Good job. I just did pull ups and other stuff at the gym today. Got 9 clean bodyweight pull ups the first set (bodyweight is 155 at 6'0"), and then 4 the next set. After that, I did machine rows for back muscles. I used 115 pounds and got 12 reps. Then, I id ez bar curls with a 50 pound bar and got 12

You are underweight, if you want liftmog foids you need to eat more. Kinda worthless to try and build muscle with nothing to really work with
yeah im going to start tracking calories
had been struggling with very low appetite but i have quit smoking and cut down my caffeine consumption and my appetite is improving
 
just do squats, deadlifts, pushups, and pullups.

doing full range of motion squats is how you really become athletic. most "athletes" have weak ass chicken legs and having a strong trunk is literally everything in sports that involves explosiveness/running.
