4. almond eye surgery and upper eyelid ptosis repair

im not entirely sure about rating but if you ask me which ones improved the most, then id pick 1,3,4,8. they already have decent eyearea though

6 is the only one that seems truly like an upgrade, but it's still nowhere near a good eye area. 4 and 8 at first glance seems like it improved but 4 has different lighting conditions and focal length, and 8 is with a flash in the before which makes him look worse.

i can see the difference in maybe 2 of them. 7 is like different lighting and 8 is without eyebags
