(it's just an idea for a story, I'm not too good at writing anymore, nor do I do much drawing.)

Synopsis:
On a cold, rainy night, in a sprawling UK metropolis, 110 years after a global nuclear war, the police are investigating a murder scene.
The victims are 5 male pakis and 2 female pakis whom were notorious in the local community for dealing drugs, trafficking white UK children and selling improvised weapons.
All them have been found dead in their sharehouse after the neighbours noticed they were missing.
The forensics team concluded that they have been dead for nearly 5 days. (113 hours)
This wasn't a murder by a rival family or other ethnicity.
They were all murdered in a way that doesn't match other killings caused by ethnic rivalry.
Their bodies were stabbed multiple times with an unknown bladed object and their faces.... Their twisted in fear and horror.
It's like they died of fright before getting stabbed to death.
This method of death matches similar previous killings by an individual, or group over the past few months.
Nearby cctvs were hacked into and shut off, so there's no footage of the perpetrator.
But the owner of a nearby cornor shop spotted a suspicious individual around the time of the killings.
The individual is described as an extremely tall and broad possible male with long, messy blonde hair and wearing a black coat and white mask.
The witness did not see the individuals face.
After describing the appearance of the individual to a police image generating AI, these 3 images were produced.
This individual, or one similar to then has been spotted in the area of previous killings of a similar M.O.
It is unknown if they are the same individual or a group of similarly dressed individuals.
We believe he may be a member of this moral supremacist death cult that violent murders criminals.
This cult is not an unified organisation, more like an ideological movement that spun off numerous other groups with their agenda, motives and political and religious alignments.
Some of these groups have been identified, and it's members have been imprisoned or died resisting arrest.
But the possibe group this individual belongs to is not identitied by the authorities.
So far, there have been no known murders of a similar M.O by this specific individual or group of individuals after this one.
The police have issued a warning over their socials and the news to the general public, to report this individual immediately.
Whatever they do, absolutely do not approach them, as they are believed to be armed and highly dangerous.
