I like raw onion with roasted/baked meat, though i dont like it in mix with any milk products.

Yeah, some dont like the acidity and smell of raw onion. My brother doesnt like it at all in any shape. Its good with greasy meats or bacon. Eating it 4 hours or less before sleep, it will give you nasty feeling in stomach and make you thirsty. I tried once onion soup and it was disgusting

Honestly I should cook myself some shaorma (what you Pifkes call Durüm). When I was young my father and sisters used to cook shaorma with me..... good times.... pickels, french fries, meat, onion and garlic sauce. That is what heaven tastes like.

The bread was the only thing that i didnt made myself, but other than that its selfmade.

Also Dürüm and Shawarma are 2 different things, just saying. Now im hungry for a Shawarma again, didnt eat it in a long time

yeah they got pretty bad the last couple of years. Me and family were talking recently about how bad the quality is. They started using cheaper ingredients to save as much money as possible, the meat/chicken tastes like shit
