This is my oblivion character from 2023, does he have high SMV?
I feel like because of JBN(ord) he can pull a elf MTB or a high tier khajit but nobody wants those. Could he pull a Nordic Stacey or should he Elsweyr max?

Take into consideration this was beginning of playthrough but later on he got stronger and finished the arena questions so maybe that social status maxxes him
