Just to be clear they're intentionally goofy. But meh. That's not much skill

the shapes and proportions are really off in a lot of these pictures. But more effort into copying the exact shape of the lines in the original pictures if you want better results, I'm no expert on this either, but I would start with the eyes, then draw the face, then the body. Before adding a body part make sure it is at the right position and has the right size. Also patience is a key to a good result
