Which GPU is that? RX 6700 XT? I have never heard of RX 6600. One nigger stole my package with RX 6700 so i abandoned that idea and purchased used RX 5700 XT. I mog you at least with my CPU since i have i7 12700k. But it's so damn hot and i'm still working on my voltage so i won't crash during 100% cpu usage spikes. I hate those offsets man.

most likely there was 16gb (8x2) and then added 1 stick with 8gb

In reality, ur gpu clock speed is around 2420 MHz under 3D load, but it can handle browsing the internet just fine. Good combo.
