What i ate in the morning: One coffee with milk, one bread with cream cheese and salmon, one banana, some greek yoghurt

Lunch: 2 burritos with some juice

What i ate in the evening: another burrito, a small bowl of minced beef, half a poppy cake with a glass of milk, 5 chicken dinosaurs, some juice

I have a high caffeine tolerance and need real high doses to feel soemthing. I put 3 teaspoons of Espresso powder into my coffee and i literally dont feel anything

I would like to hear the reason on why supermarket juice is supposed to be bad. Is it the concentrate you worry about ? Concentrate just means taking the water content away from the juice and refilling it later with drinking water

I've lived without it for 7 years and i don't miss it one bit. I used to drink chocolate coffee but then i realized it was toxic. People at my work can't live without coffee or tea, it's hilarious. I'm the only one out of 70 people who doesn't drink coffee or tea at my job. I'm also the only one who doesn't eat bread, or any grains really. So whenever we have meetings i'm just sitting there staring while everyone else is eating their bread and drinking their coffee like slaves.

They market the juice as "raw" to make people buy it, but in reality every juice is almost always pasteurized that you buy in the store, and they add sugar and all kinds of shit to it. You can make your own juice with a juicer, it's really simple. A budget centrifuge juicer costs like €80. Mine costed like €400, because it's a slow horizontal juicer, so better yield and more nutrients preserved.

It's more unhealthy to drink pasteurized juice than to eat snakes yes. Since pasteurized juice is the same as drinking soda. If the snake was disease ridden, then it's organs would look unhealthy, it had healthy looking organs so it was safe to eat.
