And now im about to eat another chicken piece, 2 fish burgers and a portion of potato dippers

it’s a healthy diet except for the sugar. That’s wayyyy too much sugar, even 1 chocolate bar has a ton of sugar. Doing it once a while is fine but if you eat that much sugar everyday then it’s best to tone it down.
