OP is perhaps the least self-aware user on this forum, and one of the least lucid people I have ever encountered in my journeys online: I severely doubt he would be able to connect his diet to feeling like shit.
 
You can make tastier noodles, probably cheaper and around ~10 min. Buy regular spaghetti pasta, cook it and mix with chicken broth cube, like Maggi cubes and a bit of oil. You can also add roasted or fried chicken meat and/or water if you want soup.
 
Ramen or any type of noodle soup is just a snack to me even with added protein. its just a snack.

I'll be hungry again in an hour give or take.
