Only part of it is ethnically Hungarian. Unless you propose ethnically cleansing Transylvania to make it majority Hungarian, it should simply be divided between Romania and Hungary.

Geographically, Transylvania lies within the Pannonian Basin, so it makes more sense for it to be a part of Hungary (notwithstanding the centuries it was part of the Kingdom of Hungary and the Austrian Empire respectively until the early 20th century)

All Romanians who live past the Carpathian mountains should be ethnically deported to the other side of it
