My diet basically consists of:
beef, flatbread, greek yogurt, eggs, certain types of syrup, seasonal fruits, poultry and sometimes fish.
For breakfast I typically have either 3 eggs or pancakes with cinammon and yogurt, for lunch some kind of steak, meatballs or minced meat together with, tomato sauce, some dairy (like kefir) and pasta or fruit. For dinner I usually snack on some fruit or don't eat at all.
