My main upper body movements are bench press, dips, pull-ups & rows. Then for isolation work I do cable exercises like cable curls.Im jealous af, looks great!

I’ve had mats for like 2 years and there was no issues with smell.W gym
what does it smell like?
i was thinking of adding gym mats but I sweat a lot and i'm worried the sweat might seep into them and leave a lingering foul odor

It has 2 weight stacks and there are 6 seperate pull points. Two at the top, back and front.is that 3 cables??? Mogs my one.
Also when you do the pulldowns do you lower the brench press rack with weights on it, and keep your quads under to prevent lifting yourself upwards?
