Looks like a solid 9/10. I don't see anything better that you could do, the combo is the bomb though. I personally prefer my fish with champignon - sauce rather than pure lemon sauce but it is subjective.

Is that fjord trout? Looks pinkish, that's why I'm asking.

Never heard or saw that combination, i usually see champignon sauce served with meat

They call it fjord trout in English. It is pink because it lives in the same places as salmon in nature. Though yours is most likely grown in captivity and fed red pigment or something.
