Because I can understand why even as an incel you would think murder is worse than rape. Of course you're ending someone's life, regardless of age or lifestyle, that's a massive thing, as well as the family trauma. So it seems obvious murder has one of the highest sentence terms. Murder can be in cold blood, yes alot of cases (depending on where you live and the background) will vary between knowing the victim or the victim being a stranger. Gang murders for instance, or robbery gone wrong. So obviously an innocent victim losing their life to a random robbery can be quiet an alarming event. So this is a serious crime.

However I going to lay out facts to both crimes in this current age we live in.

Murder
- However, you are an accused, but not usually named publicly straight away
- There are many murders that happen all the time, this one is no different
- Need evidence to convict
- You're just another headline, it'll brush away soon
- Longer sentence
- No mass protests out court
- No problems in prison
- You can be reformed
- When you finally finish your sentence, the world has forgotten about you
- You've served your time
- You can even get a job and blend in
- Yet the person's life you ended is still non-existent, whilst you continue to live yours with no more harassment

Rape
- When accused, name and face is made public immediately
- ACTUAL rape, very rarely happens, but you're accused of it regardless
- No evidence is needed, just the mouth of a woman to convict
- 100% guilty the moment the accusation is made
- EVEN if found not guilty in a court of law, you will be classed as "gotten away with it" for the rest of your life
- You will have a swarm of so-called feminists harassing you defending the woman making the accusation
- The accuser will never have her identity revealed
- The accuser will never be charged with providing false statements if she has
- Shorter sentence than murder, but a life of ridicule
- You may go to prison based on nothing but the word of a woman and can be completely innocent
- You will have problems in prison just because you taught a woman a lesson
- You will never be reformed
- You will have problems getting released from prison because of your offence
- When you finally get released from prison, you will have angry feminists saying you should still be locked up
- Everyone still knows your name and face
