Music is a very subjective form of art. Outside of film it's probably the most powerful. People will gravitate to different music for different reasons. I love NIN and Sarah McLachlan equally for instance.... I feel Trent and Sarah are REAL musicians who love the craft of songwriting and expressing yourself as if you're reading a page torn out of the diary of your soul.

Pop music is created expressly to appeal to the simple and uncomprehending mind of the foid. It is the mark of defectiveness that a foid should desire something other than to imbibe saccharine fairy tales. Let them have their cloying dance tryout, romantic comedy music. At least you can be fairly certain that it isn't doesn't take "empowerment" too seriously, that it isn't caught in some kind of purgatorial limbo between female and male.

Most of current pop I agree. Although there are artists who produce sonically pop music that go much deeper than inane messages about sex or going out and having fun. I think the 80's and 90's up to about 2005 had incredible talent showcased in the genre. Music with power and a message. And done by both men and women. Now the message in pop is having fun or sex or something really fucking inconsequential.

The music has gone to shit in general because more and more, the industry is catering to the absolute bottom of the barrel, low IQ subhumans for whom music is just a noisy stimulation rather than an genuine art form.
