I had high blood pressure for a month remember my resting heartbeat being 160 over something can't recall what anyway that made every slightly physical activity send sharp pains through my chest.

I saw the doctor, who did some tests.

It turns out that I had a low blood count and was iron deficient.
So, they put me on iron pills and the problem went away after a couple months.

Anyway, I’d suggest seeing a doctor.

All the doctor said was your fat lose weight, They never take any of my problems seriously because I'm fat. I still live with constant chest pain I just gave up seeking any type of help.
