This morning I woke up, tried to sit up and got hit with a piercing chest pain, had to roll out of bed.

Flash forward to tonight and it’s back, a piercing chest pain in my sternum. Maybe it will be over for me. Both sides of my family have heart problems and a doctor told me I have a heart arrhythmia.

What food do you eat, I used to always get a feeling like a splinter of bone was stabbing my heart and I couldn't breathe in deeply or it would push in and it felt like my heart was going to pop, anyway I changed the food I eat and don't get that anymore.

scary man. I had shit like that happen once, idk why, maybe my fucked up diet at the time, but I got massive heart racing in the night I thought I would die, so I started praying like crazy. Ngl I thought I was tough guy but in that moment I was reduced to nothing
